Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the CT and MRI departments, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Evaluate new procedures, protocols, and equipment to enhance imaging capabilities. Lead your team in embracing technological advancements and best practices to stay ahead in the field.
- Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support in learning new techniques and procedures.
- Support leadership in managing all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct staff evaluations and maintain staffing schedules to optimize departmental performance.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of CT and MRI systems.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiology with an Associate degree or higher.
- 3+ years of CT and/or MRI experience, with supervisor experience
- Hold certifications in ARRT RT, CT, and/or MRI, showcasing your expertise in the field.
- Licensed with the NYS Department of Health, demonstrating your commitment to quality and compliance.
