Salary: $41.00 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients, utilizing advanced assessment skills, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and social workers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform invasive procedures, and monitor patient vital signs with precision and attention to detail.
  • Serve as an advocate for patients and families, providing education, emotional support, and guidance throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise and contribute to advancements in pediatric critical care.

Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum of 1 years of pediatric or ICU  nursing experience.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
