As the Nurse Manager of our Cardiac Cath Lab, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our cutting-edge facility and ensuring the delivery of top-notch care to our patients.   • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional cardiac care.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance and safety standards, maintaining a secure and patient-centered environment.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New York.
  • Proven experience in cardiac nursing, with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
