Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional cardiothoracic care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New York.
- Extensive experience in cardiothoracic nursing, with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise in an intensive care setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
