The ARRA Group, a distinguished healthcare recruitment firm, is collaborating with our esteemed hospital partner to seek a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist CRNA to join their cutting-edge Anesthesia Department.

As a CRNA with our prestigious medical facility, you will play a pivotal role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures. From routine surgeries to complex interventions, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the perioperative period.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments to develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Administer anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia techniques, and monitor patient responses during surgery.
  • Manage anesthesia-related complications and emergencies with confidence and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advances in anesthesia practice.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
  • Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
