As the RN Nurse Manager for Adult Psychiatry, you will be at the forefront of groundbreaking initiatives, driving quality patient care and fostering a culture of excellence within our fast-paced psychiatric department.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in overseeing mental health and behavioral health services, guiding our dedicated nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Champion compassionate, evidence-based practices to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of treatment.
  • Share your expertise by educating, training, and mentoring our psychiatry nursing team, empowering them to grow both personally and professionally.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the performance and development of our nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide unparalleled psychiatric nursing care, embodying excellence in every interaction.
  • Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout our behavioral health department, ensuring a secure environment for both patients and staff.

Requirements
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) , Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Proven track record of excellence in RN psychiatry roles, showcasing your ability to thrive in challenging healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect deeply with patients and inspire your team.
