The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), ensuring the highest standard of care for patients. The Medical Director is responsible for program development, supervision of healthcare providers, and strategic leadership to enhance the quality of psychiatric services.

Responsibilities
- Implement outpatient psychiatry services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to establish program goals, protocols, and clinical pathways.
- Conduct regular clinical supervision sessions to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Work closely with the quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare partners, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate outpatient psychiatry services seamlessly into the overall healthcare delivery system.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Proven experience in outpatient psychiatry with a focus on program development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse healthcare team.
